Building upon the Razor VHF already available for the V16 and N16 radios, the Razor Intercom is built specifically for use with the A16 intercom system from MGL Avionics. The Razor brings touchscreen control of intercom functions such as COM 1/2, NAV 1/2 switching, per-passenger microphone muting, Bluetooth cellular dialing and music control and much more

Like the Razor VHF, this version includes the same sunlight-readable 800-nit color touchscreen display with ambient light-based dimming. The Razor connects to the A16 via CAN bus and an unlimited number of Razors can be connected to one A16

Razor can also be used in installations where the A16 is connected to an MGL EFIS for dual control of the intercom functions

Razor is equipped with a control knob in addition to the touchscreen for ultimate in-flight flexibility
